All client data is protected to the full-extent possible by client confidentiality, and attorney-client priviledge. Do not share any information about your case with friends, family, or otherwise third-parties, because any information shared with third-parties may not be protected by attorney-client priviledge in a court of law.
Your client data maintained by this firm is stored in an encrypted format, password protected, and under firewall protection. Information that is shared with the Court or other organizations is redacted as to sensitive information, account numbers, birthdates, and social security numbers, or sealed in the court system from public view, or otherwise protected by private document management software.
